Right to Work: Good for Union Membership

From the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, as reported by Capitol Confidential: Between 2011 and 2012, right-to-work states had an overall increase of 39,000 union members while non-right-to-work states lost 390,000, a 3.4 percent decrease.

Apparently, workers are more likely to choose to join a union when they have the free choice to do so, while they want to quit the union when they are forced to join. Read the CapCon article here.
